I need help

It finally happen I have just found out I'm depress.
Idk what to do now I always feel angery and sometimes sad
hell just the aother day I....cut myself.

my boss thinks I should go to therapy but how can I don't even trust them...I don't trust anyone at all.
I think I may also have Bi-polar or even maybe Anxiety Idk what to do anymore.

I don't even trust my family not even my friends I'm worried they may put me on meds I don't want to go back on them I can't.


please anyone out there
